Full Service Details   Lawn Mowing, Lawn Trimming, and Edging  shall be done carefully so as not to ‘bark’ trees or shrubs, intrude into groundcover beds, damage sodded berms, or cause damage to sprinkler heads, valves, personal property, or other properly installed facilities. Any damage caused by negligence during maintenance operations, upon notice to Tree of Life Lawn Service, will be repaired or replaced at the sole expense of Tree of Life Lawn Service. Lawn mowing services shall be performed thirty six (36) times per year as follows:January 2 x's April 3 x’s July 4 x’s October 3 x'sFebruary 2 x's May 3 x’s August 4 x’s November 3 x'sMarch 2 x's June 4 x’s September 4 x’s December 2 x'sBed Detail / Plant & Tree MaintenanceAll plant material not exceeding eight (8) foot in height shall be trimmed so as to conform to specifications as set forth by the property manager/owner. Hedge-type material to be maintained in a geometrical form shall be trimmed utilizing manual or mechanical hedge shears. Flowering shrubs, bushes, groundcovers, and ornamental trees shall be trimmed utilizing manual ‘hand’ shears. All planter beds, tree rings, and paved surfaces shall be maintained in a weed free condition utilizing manual and chemical control methods during each bed detail service. All trees shall be maintained in such a way as to promote the natural characteristic of each variety and its use in the landscape. Hand pruning methods shall be utilized to remove sucker growth, dead wood, or branches below a minimum canopy height of eight (8) feet or as newly installed trees mature. Palm trees shall be pruned to a height reachable by pole saw in order to remove inflorescent foliage and seedpods. Shaping or ‘topping’ of any tree in excess of eight (8) foot is not included. Bed Detail services shall be performed twelve (12) times per year in monthly intervals.   Services below can be purchased as part of your custom package       Monthly Irrigation Option A)  Physically check for proper operation:  All Pump Stations, Rain Sensors, Controllers – various types, All Zones, Main and secondary lines. B) Adjust, clean, or repair the following for proper operation for all sprinkler heads: Clean clogged nozzles, Adjust spray patterns. Clear vegetation from sprinkler heads where needed.  Adjust Valve or timer as required to reflect conditions and seasonal variations. Control pest and weeds around pump stations and wires. Pest Control and Fertilization Option.  This certified Service is available for large commercial properties.  Lawn pest treatment:  Lawn treatment will consist of treating all common areas with an insecticide for turf destroying pest and most common ants.  Three complete weed applications will be done to control broadleaf weeds, nut sedge and crabgrass.  Fungicide will be use to control most common fungus on a needed basis, with a preventive application done prior to summer.  Four applications will be done per year.    Ornamental pest treatment: The ornamental treatment will consist of treating the ornamentals with an insecticide, to control insects that feed on and destroy plants.  Fungicides will be used to control most common plant diseases.   All treatment applications will be done on a full spray program every three months.  All turf and ornamentals will be treated preventatively each application.  All areas will be inspected monthly. Any problem areas will be retreated at no additional charge.   Turf Fertilization: All common turf will be fertilized four times per year, using a 50% or greater slow release, coated fertilizer.   Tree and Shrub Fertilization: All common trees and shrubs will be fertilized four times per year (every 3 months).  The proper fertilizer will be used on each plant at the proper time of the year.  This will vary by plant and need.   Fire Ant Control: All common areas will be treated with granule fire ant bait.  Sterilization bait will be used; this sterilizes the queen and eliminates the colony.  This will be done four times per year.   Palm Tree Deep Root Feeding: Canary date palms will be deep root fed on a monthly basis.  All trees will receive major and minor nutrients as well as systemic insecticide and fungicide.
